SHIPMENTS INSIDE THE US

When an order is made through Fortrove.com you will receive a email confirmation of your purchase.  Once payment is verified we will ship your item to you within 1 to 2 business days through UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If an item is below $800 it will be shipped via USPS Priority mail, $800 and over will be either UPS or FedEx.

A tracking number will be provided once the item is on it’s way to you.All items will be mailed to the PayPal verified address and are sent fully insured. In most cases signature and contact phone number is required. All shipments within the US are FREE, this includes all additional charges for insurance.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE US

When an order is made through Fortrove.com you will receive a email confirmation of your purchase.  Once payment is verified we will ship your item to you within 1 to 2 business days through FedEx. Most items will be shipped via FedEx unless restrictions apply. A tracking number will be provided once the item is on it’s way to you.

All items will be mailed to the PayPal verified address and are sent fully insured.In all cases signature and contact phone number is required. Please be aware purchasers are responsible for international taxes and customs fees. Our price for international shipping is AT COST ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS and is applied for shipping outside of the US.

TRACKING AND SIGNATURE

All items purchased on Fortrove.com have a tracking number that will be provided to the customer when payment is processed. In most cases a signature is required to receive the package. A tracking number will be provided within 2 business days of purchase.

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

To protect buyers we require your billing address to be your shipping address. This helps prevent fraud and guarantees that the item gets sent to the card/paypal account owners address.
