Tiffany & Co. has just announced that it will be holding its 2020 annual shareholders meeting in a completely different format due to the pandemic limiting traditional means. The meeting has changed from an in-person format to a virtual one in an effort to keep everyone's health intact during these trying times.

The virtual meeting date has been scheduled for Monday, June 1st, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. (EDT). The meeting link can be clicked here:

Shareholders of record can attend the meeting of their own volition and will have their assigned 16-digit control number to electronically vote shares. The shareholders can also submit questions during the live webcast by looking on the website for the virtual meeting. The contact information for technical support will also be listed on the site of the virtual meeting before the 2020 Annual Meeting begins.
