Famed Australian actress Naomi Watts hosted the National Gallery of Australia's exhibition opening on Wednesday, March 27th, 2018.  The screen siren, best known for her acting in Inglorious Basterds and The Ring, is constantly applauded for her dazzling fashion choices. She was the perfect fit for a night of awe-inspiring prestigious jewels worn by Hollywood stars and British royalty.
Watts appeared on the red carpet in a graphic paneled black and white midi gown, strappy black sandals and Cartier jewelry fit for a princess. Her stunning chandelier earrings and shining bracelets were the perfect accessories for a night of celebrating fine jewelry.

The actress discussed the importance of the Cartier exhibit at the National Gallery, relating those items, often featured in movies and paintings, to "traveling through history".
We're certainly astounded by the 300 piece gallery, featuring the Cartier Tutti Frutti Bandeau, a 10.48 engagement ring that belonged to Princess Grace of Monaco, and a ruby and diamond necklace of Elizabeth Taylor's. The crown jewel of the historical exhibit, however, seems to be the beautiful "Halo" tiara worn by Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, when she married Prince William.

Naomi Watts, a shining star in her own right, seemed to be in good company at the Cartier National Gallery of Australia exhibit.
