Though the famous line may be, "Talk to me, Harry Winston, tell me all about it," there's only so much luxurious, opulent...ok, stunning Harry Winston pieces we can drool over from the Emmy 2019 red carpet. Jessica Biel, Mandy Moore and the like may have felt like princesses in their diamonds, but we're more intrigued by the unconventional jewelry that appeared on the "gold carpet" this year.

The Emmys celebrate all the best in television but always have their share of surprising moments. This year, director of the Tony Awards, Glenn Weiss received an award for the production. He gave a few thanks and then decided to use his screen time to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Jan Svendsen, on air!

Its moments like these, and looks like the ones below, that keep us excited and on the edge of our seats.

The very beautiful Evan Rachel Wood usually marches to the beat of her own drum and speaks out on all matters near and dear to her heart. This look did all the talking, though, complete with flower crown, Victorian jewelry and interesting enamel ring. The star wore a tuxedo dress/pants combo that made it to the top of our best dressed list for sure.

Big Winner Regina King wore a very bright, very eye-catching Christian Siriano gown paired with doubled up Irene Neuwirth gemstone earrings. This is definitely a pro of having multiple piercings in each ear.

Penelope Cruz wore a feathered Chanel gown with Atelier Swarovski. It's a conscious brand Cruz unveiled on the Cannes red carpet, using Created Diamonds from Swarovski and 18k Fair-mined gold.

Sandra Oh rocked a huge stack of Neil Lane art deco bracelets that had us swooning.

Meanwhile, Elie Kemper wore beautiful Lorraine Schwartz earrings with coral and amethyst.

Lastly, Leslie Jones wore sensational opal jewelry paired with her Christian Siriano iridescent pantsuit.
