According to the latest press release from the luxury group, Kering's Eyewear division has recently acquired the Danish Luxury Eyewear brand LINDBERG. Terms between the two luxury brands were discussed on July 8th, 2021 and Q4 will see the two of them combine and consolidate all accounts. Kering has been reporting a solid revenue growth in its third 2021 quarter, so this recent acquisition should add to its good fortune.
