Karen's Jewelers in Oak Ridge, Tennessee will be featuring jewelry from stars of music and the silver screen. While the sale itself will be offering a plethora of pieces ranging in price from $500 to $50,000, a necklace from the late singer, musician and songwriter Prince and a money clip previously owned by Patrick Swayze will be featured at an
Estate Jewelry Show and Sale on Thursday and Friday, April 11 and 12.
Martha Hart, of Karen’s Jewelers, said that “the show will feature an array of precious and semi-precious gems, as well as platinum and a wide selection of colors and karats of gold, reflecting the beauty and craftsmanship of bygone eras.”
The jewelry featured at the show will represent different historical eras such as Art Nouveau, Victorian, Art Deco, and Belle Epoque. Other celebrity pieces will include those once owned by Zsa Zsa Gabor, Linda Gray, and child star Shirley Temple. Other famous names represented in the show and sale are Gene Autry, Elvis Presley, Hugh Hefner, Joan Rivers, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, Bette Midler, Elizabeth Taylor, Kim Basinger, and Bea Arthur.
