Jewelers Mutual Group's newest digital platform provides a vast array of services both unique and easy to navigate for jewelers, wholesalers, manufacturers, as well as other digitally-based businesses. The Zing platform was made with the progress of the jewelry industry in mind.

According to a statement given by Jewelers Mutual president and CEO, Scott Murphy, "The launch of the Zing platform is a testament to the continued investment Jewelers Mutual makes in technology and innovation for jewelers, and, more importantly, our commitment to raising the tide of the jewelry industry. Given the challenging times our industry has faced recently, there's never been a better time for us to bring a meaningful solution to the marketplace. The Zing platform empowers jewelers to make faster, smarter business decisions, helps them create a seamless customer experience, and provides product selection not historically available to everyone."

The featured services of the Zing platform include The Diamond Marketplace powered by the International Diamond Exchange's (IDEX), A Jewelry Appraisal Solution, a Personal Jewelry Insurance Claims tool, the JM Shipping Solution™ tool, and JM Care Plan™ products.

In order to ensure the success of the platform, Jewelers Mutual worked with IDEX and Gemworld, establishing a tech hub for themselves in Dallas.

Adam Gerety, Jewelers Mutual vice president of platform operations said in a statement that, "We're continually innovating and further enhancing the platform. The continuous driver behind the development of the Zing platform is Jewelers Mutual's desire to advance the jewelry industry."

Jewelers Mutual Group was founded in 1913 by a group of Wisconsin jewelers to meet their unique insurance needs.
