Watches of Switzerland is the U.K.'s most well-known and biggest luxury watch retailer. The company has recently planted their feet for the first time in U.S. soil, parking the flagship store at 60 Greene St. in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, and plans to open two more locations in Las Vegas and New Jersey next year. Within a space of 8,000 square feet, the boutique has stocked its shelves with fine watch brands like Patek Philippe, Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Breitling, IWC, Jaeger- LeCoultre, Tudor Bremont and more.
In a prepared statement, CEO of Aurum Holdings/Watches of Switzerland Group Brian Duffy said that “our Watches of Switzerland SoHo flagship is a special achievement for us on many levels. This is an important first step in what promises to be an exciting journey as we expand into the U.S. market.” Earlier in the company's statement, he discussed the flagship's plans to host pop-up events “every three to four months.”
